Rāmen is not only one of the most loved dish in Japan, it has nowadays really became a Japanese cultural icon, studied  and declined all around the world. This noodle soup is normally served in ōbachi, big bowls, that in most cases are just called rāmen bachi, ラーメン鉢, deep enough to hold a generous amount of broth and wide enough to display all its toppings as only Japanese can do: meticulously and beautifully.
