You will have to cover the shipping costs for your return and, as a general advice, I recommend to always keep the shipping receipt until I confirm the receiving of your package.

Ceramic is very delicate and takes a lot of care and work to make, so I kindly ask you to pack the product exactly as it came to you. Otherwise I may not assure a full refund.

Once the parcel makes it back to my studio I will check the pot’s integrity and issue a full refund, that you will get in about 10 days time.

If the pice comes back to me with any damage I will not be able to issue the refund.

Shipping company policies require that you keep all the packing material exactly as it came to you. Take pictures and wait until I confirm you that insurance will cover for the damage before you decide to recycle the box or any packing material.

As soon as I will receive the returned item safe and intact, I will process your refund within 2 working days.

If you paid your order via Paypal or by card I will proceed through the same method.

Once you receive my confirmation e-mail, you can expect to receive the refund within 10 business days.

I use different shipping companies to assure the best service to as many country as possible.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout, according to your location and the estimated volume of your parcel.

You will be notified when the package leaves the studio and will be given a tracking number to be updated about your item’s trip. Please always include your phone number as the carriers may need to reach out to you for delivery details.

Whether your pacer gets marked as undelivered, because of your absence or because of the carrier’s difficulties, most companies provide the possibility of a second attempt or a period of stock, over to a pick up point. In this case you will be notified by me and the carrier.

In case the receiver does not plan a second delivery or pick up the parcel within the permitted days, the product will be shipped back to me. In this case I can plan a second shipping, for which you will have to pay or simply issue a refund equal to the value of the product.

* Please note that all my packing supplies are plastic free, sometime reused or recycled.
I warmly invite you to do the same and make their life even longer.
In case you ever find a plastic component in your parcel, you should know that was surely reused.
